Dietary Considerations

Please refrain, as much as possible, from consuming animal fats especially pork for a week before the retreat, longer if possible. Minimising dairy is also recommended. The preferred diet is basically vegan but we appreciate this can be difficult. Eat simply and we’d recommend raw vegetables when possible. Avoid salt and sugar and of course alcohol. Don’t stress yourself though if a cheese sandwich is offered on the plane or if you have a beer. Stress should always be avoided!
